Baby Angel Blessing was found by neighbors thrown inside a pit latrine at Kiptagich trading Centre in Kuresoi which is in Nakuru County. The baby was rescued and rushed to a nearby Health Facility for examination, but only First Aid was done in the peripheral facility and later on was transferred to Tenwek Hospital for further examination and treatment.

The matter was also reported by the area chief to the police and investigations started immediately. The police were able to find out who the mother of the child was and a woman by the name Caroline  was found to be the mother of the child the woman confessed that she had actually given birth and thrown the baby in the pit latrine. She was immediately arrested and taken to Kiptagich police post and later faced charges at Molo Law court of the Offence.
