Maxwell was abandoned in Bomet Town. The police collected two children in the streets and they were taken to the police station to stay for a night. Early in the morning of the following day, the police recorded the statement and called the children's officer to pick up the two children. The children's officer approaches another lady to take care of the children for some time as they continue doing the investigation. After some time, the officer saw that he could not trace where the mother and relatives of the children are, and so he decided to bring the children to the baby's home.
