Caroline  was a mother of Blessed Chepkemoi.The mother who is now deceased was well all
through her pregnancy until when she was seven months pregnant. She felt sick and was rushed to Litein Mission hospital and found out that the blood pressure was so high and having a condition known as intracranial hemorrhage. She was stabilized and referred to Moi Teaching and Referral hospital for an operation. The first operation was done that is emergency cesarean section to save the life of Caroline.
She went through the second operation also that is for the brain after some days and was successful,
stayed for few days then she succumbed later. Blessed was born under weight of 1000g and admitted in nursery for further management. The child was treated and discharged after staying for two months and eighteen days in the hospital with 1. 9kg.Blessed was left with his father who is needy and an old grandmother who is not in a position to take care of the young child. The father depends on casual duties to earn his living. He is not in a position to take care of the young baby. The neighbors and relatives came to our home to ask if we can admit Blessed. Due to their situation and
the family status we accepted the baby. Blessed needs proper care due to her weight and we are asking God to give us more strength.
