The mother to baby Shirleen Chepchumba passed away one month after giving birth through caesarean delivery. She went through a successful caesarean delivery and was discharge home in the hospital. She was later taken back to the hospital with complications[sepsis] which lead to her death as she was receiving medications in the hospital. After the death of her mother, baby Shirleen became sick and was admitted in Kericho County Referral hospital with a severe dehydration. The family of the baby is very humble and there is no one in the family who is responsible to take good care of the child. The children’s officer was informed who later requested the child to be brought to our facility. Baby Shirleen is now doing good and We pray that God be with us as We take care of her.
