Tallia is an abandoned child approximately 2yrs of age, the mother left her in a room whom she has been given to spend the night. The report is that the mother was looking for a casual job at a place called sotik Twenty kilometers away from baby home. It was late hours and went to certain home near the road to ask if she can find opportunity to work at tea plantation. The owner of the house requested her to spend the night since it was late hours and was given a room so that she can continue the next day to find the job, reaching morning they found out the child was alone. The matter was reported to the nearby police station, the investigation was done but the mother was not found. Through the office of the children’s officer the child was brought to us after she has been taken to the hospital for the general check -ups. The investigation is still going on. Tallia is happy and healthy. We pray that God will continue to give us strength so that we can continue to take care of her and other children.
